This filly is by young Darley Stallion Impending. He is just starting to hit his straps with the Group 2 winner and Group 1-placed Impendabelle. He is also the sire of recent Randwick winner Running By, who posted his second win in a row. He looks like an exciting horse that will go on with it now.
The dam, Young Doctor, won five races and has produced five winners from six to race. They don't just win; they win a lot. Each winner has won multiple races, including Young Hostess with ten wins, Doc's Hero with six wins, Young Tigers Jeuny with four wins, Younh Garry Cool with three races and Internship won eight races.
She is also closely related to Group 2 winner and three-time Stakes winner Young Jeuney.
Tom Dabernig has had much success with the family and has had this filly in his Warrnambool stable since November 2023. He has been pleased with the progress of this filly and can't wait to get her to the races.
The mating was done on the advice of respected genetics expert Dianne Naylon.
